The Prick (originally The Prick Records)was a group of musical punk, proceeding from the Pais Vasco (Spain). It was inassets from 1979 until 2003. In 1984 theyextracted a more finished album, of 19 songs, called "Save". In its letters they dostrong criticism against the fascism, the capitalism, the nationalism, theauthoritarianism, the Catholicism, thepolitics, the alienation, the fashion, andother factors of the society, something thatwould characterize all its career. In contrastto other bands of the epoch arisen inworking or industrial districts of big cities,the origin, let's say it like that, rurally aboutLPR, it will have its importance in occurringof the group. Apart from the isolation inthe first moments with regard to the rest ofBasque Country, the return after tours orrecordings once the group had detachedwas serving to the people to put them in itsplace, with the feet in the ground.
